We provide a letting service which includes, advising on achievable rental value as well as full & thorough marketing, viewings, key management, identification of appropriate applicants, reference & credit checks, and the taking of guarantees if required.
Once the landlord has approved an applicant, we provide contracts for all parties, and a full inventory of the property and furniture included. We collect 1 month’s rent in advance and 6 weeks security deposit. We setup a standing order from the tenant and account to the landlord on a monthly basis.

We provide an ongoing maintenance service and we arrange when necessary for contractors to visit the property to assess problems and or make necessary repairs up to £250.00 or subject to approval beyond that amount.
